SEAT Fun Day at Currituck 4H Rural Life Center with trail obstacles, games, potluck, meeting, and a food drive. Fun starts at 11am. We have use of covered arena at the facility for this event, so members plan to trailer on down! Please bring an obstacle or game (if you can), a food item (main dish, side dish, or dessert to share), your own drink(s) and a chair. Our February meeting will be held during our meal. Also bring a canned good for our food drive. There will be a box for drop-off during potluck. Caravan available at Border Station at Chesapeake, VA/Moyock, NC line on Rt 168 at 9:30am. Plan to leave by 9:45am. Contact Dana at 757 404 7729 for more info and if you plan to meet for caravan.

SEAT meeting Frankie's Place for Ribs. Parade meeting starts at 6:15pm. SEAT Meeting at 7:30pm. Come early to eat and socialize. Frankie's is located at 5200 Fairfield Shopping Center in Va Beach at corner of Kempsville and Providence Rds. Phone (757) 495-7427. For those interested in riding in any parades in 2010, please plan to attend parade meeting before the actual SEAT meeting. We'll be discussing parade calendar, attire, guidelines, and whatever else we need to cover. Bring any ideas, suggestions, and concerns you have. |

Ride With Pride Come join us for our Ride With Pride Benefit Trail Ride in Augusta Springs, VA.-- Weekend campers and day riders are welcome.-- ONLY ONE RIDE THIS YEAR – THERE WILL BE NO RIDE IN SEPTEMBER --There will be different trails each day: short (abt 5 miles), medium (abt 10 miles), and long (15 – 20 miles). The trails will be well marked and you may ride at your own pace. Riders can leave the trailhead at 8:30 am and no riders out after 11:30 am.-- We will be riding George Washington National Forest trails and roads on beautiful Great North Mountain. All animals should be recently shod. Horses should be in condition and fit for several hours riding on hilly terrain. Horses also should be accustomed to crossing water and other natural trail obstacles. The management is not responsible for unshod horses and expects all riders and horses to obey trail rules. --Ride and lunch will be held rain or shine.-- -- We will provide toilet facilities, water for horses, and lunch.-- It will be primitive camping.-- Number of riders is limited for this weekend.-- FEES: --Camper Weekend - $50 / rider --Day Ride Both Days - $45 / rider --Day Ride Sat OR Sun - $25 / rider --Campers must pre-register by May 22, 2010. --More information email:
